Progressive Press Tool — Sheet Metal Brackets
Design and manufacture of a multi-stage progressive stamping die for high-volume production of precision sheet metal brackets used in electrical enclosures. The tool incorporates 7 forming stations including blanking, piercing, bending, and coining operations, achieving a cycle time of under 2 seconds per part at tolerances of ±0.05 mm.
Injection Mold — Electrical Wall Socket Housing
Full design and manufacture of a 2-cavity hot-runner injection mold for a residential electrical wall socket housing. The mold features side-action sliders for undercut geometry, conformal cooling channels for reduced cycle time, and achieves a surface finish of Ra 0.4 µm on visible faces. Material: PC/ABS blend, UL94 V-0 rated.
Injection Mold — Extension Lead Socket Housing
Design and manufacture of a 3-cavity family mold producing the top and bottom housing halves of a 4-gang extension lead socket. The mold incorporates sequential valve gating to eliminate weld lines on visible surfaces, and a full conformal cooling strategy that reduced cycle time by 22% compared to conventional drilling. Flame-retardant PP material, IEC 60884 compliant.
